Kingwell was founded by Alistair Emery, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. With over 20 years’ experience in investing, developing and managing a wide range of land and property assets, Kingwell provides both investors and landowners opportunities for rural asset diversification.
INVESTMENT STRATEGY
With a proven track record, Kingwell’s primary investment objective is to grow returns by enhancing income generation and capital values through the strategic management and sustainable development of its assets.
Within each of its investments, Kingwell looks for under-performing assets that provide the opportunity to improve productivity and diversify the farm business, whilst releasing the latent potential of its real estate through the development of redundant buildings, brownfield areas and strategic sites.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Alongside the development and marketing of its own Natural Capital schemes, Kingwell also offers a consultancy service to landowners and land managers in relation to Natural Capital, guiding them through the process of how to bring forward and promote their land with an appropriate scheme. This service provides advice and expertise on how to create and market Natural Capital schemes, as well as the diversification options that exist for their assets, creating sustainable and long-term revenue streams.
