ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT

Kingwell invests capital alongside its investment partners in the acquisition of rural land and property in the UK.

Kingwell proactively manages and sustainably develops each asset under management to deliver strong risk adjusted returns for its investors.

Within each of its investments, Kingwell looks for opportunities to diversify its assets by improving the underlying farm systems, productivity and releasing the latent potential through the careful planning and development of redundant farm buildings, brownfield land and strategic sites that provide wider opportunities such as natural capital and renewable schemes.

Kingwell has developed a range of opportunities to include:

  • Residential housing

  • Commercial and light industrial units

  • Solar and other renewables

  • Natural Capital

As a company that promotes a sustainable approach to land management and investment, Kingwell ensures that all its developments take into account and mitigates any impacts on the local environment.
