Located on the south coast of England, in an area with several nature reserves and protected habitats nearby, Aubrey Farm provides a fantastic opportunity to create both Nitrate Mitigation and Biodiversity Net Gain schemes – with the former delivering over 3,978 nitrate credits and the latter delivering over 1256 BNG units.
