Located on the edge of Beachampton village on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, Kingwell has implemented its planning consent for the conversion of redundant farm buildings to create Manor Farm Business Park.

Working with JV partners One Planet, specialists in delivering solar farms across the UK, planning consent has been granted for the development of a 35MW solar farm on 100 acres of land at Beachampton.

Following receipt of planning consent for a replacement dwelling, Kingwell completed the sale of Homefield House in 2021 as a rebuild opportunity. This is currently under construction.

Following receipt of planning consent for the conversion of the Traditional Barns to two residential dwellings, Kingwell completed the sale of this development opportunity in 2023.

Kingwell successfully sold at auction one of its barns with Class Q development potential to convert to a residential dwelling.
