With a deep understanding of property development, rural land management and conservation, Kingwell has recently launched its own natural capital scheme in Keyhaven, Hampshire.

With the need for thousands more homes to be built across the UK, Kingwell is proud to be an industry leader in this new and evolving market playing a vital role in mitigating the impacts of developments on the natural environment. Natural Capital schemes provide residential and commercial developers with nature-based solutions to ensure that there is no nature deficit following their developments.

Working in partnership with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, the New Forest District Council and the New Forest National Parks Authority, Kingwell is marketing for sale its own Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units and Nitrate Mitigation credits, as well as promoting other Landowners’ schemes in various Local Planning Authorities.
